After writing a lot of slow spiritual pieces which are suited to concentrated listening on headphones I naturally wanted to 'rip it up' a bit with some tunes for a crowd!
This one is based on the chorus of a Randy Newman song and it's given the 'hard house' treatment. It may not appeal to my more classically oriented listeners but I still aspire to write something for my Dj friends SteveSpectrum & Tony P to play out at a club - can't imagine anything more enjoyable than to see a crowd 'going off' to one of our tunes…may it be soon!!!
